National Bank Independent Network (“NBIN”), an affiliate of National Bank of Canada, is the custodian of investment assets managed by Aventine for portfolio clients with segregated accounts and for investment fund clients who invest in Aventine Funds through an NBIN account under our direction. NBIN provides clients with an online viewing platform that can be used to view your investment accounts and holdings, and it is though their website that you login and access this feature of your account administration. We ask that clients having problems accessing their account online please contact the NBIN Online Services Helpdesk at 1-855-844-0172.
Clients who do not yet have online access to view there accounts but wish to set this up must first sign and return this authorization form to Aventine. Upon doing so holders of personal account may then enroll themselves electronically here, whereas clients wishing to link multiple accounts such as corporate or joint accounts must call the online help desk at 1-855-844-0172 during regular business hours.
